I attended the University of Pittsburgh where I earned a bachelor's in English Writing, and later completed a master's in Teaching. I have also received a master's in Administration from Shenandoah University, and I have completed multiple special ed classes. I have over 20 years teaching experience in public schools with middle school and high school students, and after taking early retirement, began teaching and tutoring college courses. I have worked with thousands of students and see each one as an individual with their own strengths, challenges, and best mode of learning.
